The U.S. and China will extend visas for short-term business travelers, tourism, and students11/10/2014 Starting on Wednesday, November 12th, the U.S. will increase the validity time of visas for B-1/B-2 visitors and F, M, and J students from the People's Republic of China (China will reciprocate for U.S. travelers). For the B-1/B-2 visas (for short-term business and tourist visits), Chinese applicants may now receive multiple-entry visas good for up to ten years. F, M, and J Chinese students may now receive U.S. multiple-entry visas valid for up to five years, depending on the length of their program.
