DHS and DOS implementation of executive order imposing travel and refugee ban (updated june 27, 2017)
On June 26, 2017, the U.S. Supreme Court granted a partial stay of injunctions that had been preventing implementation of the travel ban, the refugee ban, and the refugee cap. The government is now permitted to prohibit travel for a very narrow set of individuals. The travel ban will not be enforced against foreign nationals and refugees who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the U.S. For more information, please VISIT HERE.
